MELISSA KOPPLIN
Manager & Licensed Title Agent
Melissa and her husband moved to Maryville in 2001. She enjoys decorating and loves to go hiking in her free time. Melissa started working at Skyway Title Services in 2006 and has a background in banking and customer service. She is our licensed title agent, and is the Senior mapper in the office. Her experience in the title industry with expertise in mapping property is invaluable to everyone that works with her.
JUDY THACKER
Licensed Title Agent
Judy opened Skyway Title Services in 2005, was in the title industry 45 years, and retired December 2023. She continues to support her daughters in the business by assisting in the closings and various other duties at the office. Her love for the title industry and passing it along to her two daughters brings Judy a complete sense of satisfaction that the customers will continue to receive excellent title settlement services.
ARIANNA HAYNES
Customer Service & Title Processor
Arianna moved to Tennessee with her family in 2001. She has always had a love for baking and obtained an Associate’s degree in business and culinary arts. Arianna joined the Skyway Title Services team in 2020. Her smile at the front office, experience in customer service and title processing is invaluable to all that work with her.
AMMIE ARDEN
Title Production & Closing Agent
Ammie lives in the quaint little city of Niota with her husband and son. Hobbies include hanging out with my family, ancestry family tree research, attending concerts and going to the Grand Ole Opry. She worked for a local law firm for 18 years and her experience in real estate title examination and closings brings such an asset to Skyway Title Services and we are so happy she has joined our team!
ANGIE VANDERWENDE
Manager & Director of Title Production
Angie and her husband and two daughters moved to Tennessee in 2001. She enjoys exploring recipes in the kitchen and reading. Angie started with Skyway Title services in 2006, and has a vast knowledge in title examination and real estate closings. Her experience with probate estate issues and manufactured home requirements in title examination brings a wealth of valuable information to our clients.
APRIL LATHAM
Closing Agent, Title Processor & Accounting
April and her husband reside in Englewood and are lifetime residents of Tennessee. She and her husband love to DJ for weddings and other events. April’s background working in banking and accounting brings a wealth of knowledge to Skyway Title and the customers love her smile and top-notch service in closings!
TRACY WIGGINS
Closing Agent & Title Production
Tracy grew up right here in beautiful Sweetwater, Tennessee! She has a love for fine dining and shopping. Tracy has her Associates of Applied Science from Cleveland State in Legal Assistant Technology/Paralegal. She joined our team in 2019 and has worked in the title industry for 22 years. Her expertise in real estate closings and title production is such an asset to Skyway Title and all of our great customers!
