We're thankful for our great team at Skyway Title Services, LLC. Our owners are grateful for the awesome crew we have as we work together and serve all of our great customers. Here's a little back story of how and when we started our business.
It was May 13, 2005, when Judy Thacker, as a licensed title agent opened the doors to (Skyway Title Services). Judy’s two daughters, Melissa Kopplin, whom is a licensed title agent, and Angie Vanderwende have worked at Skyway Title Services LLC since shortly after its opening. Their years of experience in the title insurance industry brings a wealth of experience to the title business which provides premiere settlement service to our great customers. Judy retired December 31, 2023, but continues to support the company and her daughters by conducting real estate closings and assisting in other various office duties.
We have experienced a lot of different cycles in the real estate market since we opened our doors in 2005, and thanks to the hard work and dedication of our ownership and the highly experienced staff, Skyway Title Services, LLC is stronger than ever. We take pride in what we do here, to provide each of our customers with excellent customer service and premiere real estate title closing services.
Our company continues to focus on building lasting relationships with some of the best real estate agents, bankers, mortgage brokers, investors, and individuals in our area, and we're excited to help each of you with your transactions.
