Today marks the day of our 17th year anniversary in business as a locally owned real estate title company. We wanted to take the time and give thanks to all of our customers, friends, and family, who have supported us all these years. We are so honored and blessed to have been operating in East Tennessee for this long, and we can't believe it's been 17 years now!
Over the years, we've grown to know our community and have made wonderful relationships with buyers, realtors, mortgage brokers, and lenders, providing title examinations, real estate closing services, and title insurance. We really love being a part of this community, and providing a variety of real estate services is a way for us to show our love and appreciation. Our passion to serve and provide value has definitely been the key to our success!
Most companies fail within the first 10 years, BUT we've been able to persevere with the help of our amazing customers and our dedication to improving our craft.
If you've ever heard of the "10,000 hours rule" from the book, Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell, then you'll know it takes about 10,000 hours to master any skill. Now, I don't think we are perfect, and there's always room to grow, but with 40 years of experience with our management, and being open 17 years here in the local industry, I believe we have mastered the skills to provide as much value to our customers as we possibly can. We are excited to continue growing, and we look forward to serving more buyers and lenders in our community!
